PRIVATE EVENT GUIDELINES

According to your scheduled Painting Start Time, please be aware that your event must start within the first 15 minutes of the time stated, after which a late fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be due.

For Events at our Studio, entry to the event is 30 minutes prior to Painting Start Time. If you require additional time, please contact us.

For Private Venue Events, the host must provide tables and chairs.

Once this form is submitted, we will send you a link to our website for the deposit payment. Deposits must be paid in order to reserve your date. If the deposit is not made within 10 days of your receipt of notice, your event date/time can be scheduled for another guest.
