How does your Future Ticket work?

Future Tickets are only valid for any regular Easel Event or Kids Event on the Calendar. When purchased, you will receive a Ticket Coupon Code via email.

 

Then....you wait!   And when an event comes up that you want to attend, no matter the price, you redeem your ticket for that event.

To redeem the Future Ticket, you will enter the Ticket Coupon Code online in the Coupon Code Box located on the Checkout page.

Future Tickets expire 90 days from the purchase date and are redeemable for our Calendar Easel Events and Kids Events only.

*Exclusions: Future Tickets must be redeemed one at a time for events and are not redeemable for Private Events, Fundraiser Events, or Special Events. Any Future Ticket redeemed for an excluded event will automatically be null and void.

**Please be mindful that although there are no limits to the quantity of Future Tickets you may purchase, no more than five Future Tickets may be redeemed for the same event per person.  Future tickets redeemed over the limit will be voided automatically and your seats will not be reserved.

How Do I Redeem a Future Ticket?

I do not have a PayPal account.  Can I still purchase tickets?

Yes.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase tickets for our events.  Click on the "Credit Card/Debit Card" option on the Checkout page to purchase without the use of PayPal page.

I'm trying to redeem my  coupon voucher, and I can't complete my purchase because it says that it's under $.99.  What do I do?

There is a payment option for Coupon Vouchers where your total balance due is $0.  Please select that option and follow the checkout procedures.

I purchased a Groupon.  How do I redeem that for an event?

We have provided step-by-step instructions for redeeming Groupons.  You can find them here:  Redeem Groupon 

Once a Groupon has been redeemed for an event, it is eligible for one transfer as long as the request is received 48 hours prior to the event.  Once it has been transferred to a new event, that reservation is final and no longer eligible for a transfer or a coupon voucher.

*All Groupons vouchers must be submitted 24 hours before the chosen event.Same-day Groupon vouchers will not be processed and your seat will not be reserved.Groupons will not redeemed as walk-in for events.

**Exclusions: Groupons are not redeemable for Sold Out  Events, Private Events, Fundraiser Events, Kids Events, Board Events, Block Events or Special Events. Any Groupon redeemed for an excluded event will automatically be null and void.

My Groupon expired.  Can I still redeem it?

Yes.  Expired Groupons are redeemed for the Groupon purchase price only, $16.  When you register for an event, you will have a balance due of $9 at the event.

Can I use my Groupon for any of the scheduled events?

No.  Groupons are a promotional voucher and are only valid for our regular Easel Events priced at $25.  They are not redeemable towards sale events, kids events, block events, board events, private events, special events or fundraiser events.

 

**To avoid having your order voided and your seat not reserved, please do not submit your Groupon for an ineligible event. 

Can I redeem a Bounce-Back Coupon for a sale event?

No.  Bounce-back Coupons are not redeemable towards a sale event because we have already deeply discounted the prices.

Can I redeem a  Coupon Voucher for a sale event?

Yes. Coupon vouchers can be redeemed for most events.  Coupon voucher are not redeemable for private events, special events, or fundraiser events.

How do I cancel an event I cannot attend?

Cancellations must be submitted via email to bbeaselevents@yahoo.com.  They will not be accepted via phone, text or Facebook. 

 

Tickets purchased at regular price are eligible for a transfer to another event as long as the request to cancel has been received in the required time frame.

 

Tickets purchased at a sale price are not eligible for transfer, and a coupon voucher will be issued for the purchase price only that can be redeemed toward a future event as long as the request to cancel has been received in the required time frame.  

I see an event in "Private Events" that I'd like to go to.  Can I register for that event?

Private events are by invitation only unless stated otherwise in the event description.

 

How does your Penny Sale work?

You are able to purchase multiple events for multiple people with no limitations but only during the scheduled time period.  You will simply go to our website during on the designated date and time, add your chosen events to your cart, and then your cart will automatically reflect the discount.

No coupons are valid during our Penny Sale event. 

Tickets purchased during the Penny Sale are only valid for the event purchased on the date of the sale.  Tickets are not transferable to other events, but they are transferable to another person to attend the purchased event.  Coupon vouchers can be issued for an event that you are unable to attend with proper notice of 48 hours in advance of the event.  All issued coupon vouchers are valid for 30 days after issuance and will not be valid after that expiration date. 
All coupon vouchers can be redeemed toward a future event, excluding special events, fundraiser events and private events. 


Same-day event cancellations or requests are not eligible for a voucher.


Only our  Regular Easel Events are part of our Penny Sale.  Block Events, Board Events, Special Events, Private Events, Kids Events and Fundraiser Events are excluded.

How does your "$13 for 10" sale work?

Our "$13 for 10" takes place on a designated Saturday where all of our regular Easel Events and Kids Events on the calendar will be priced at $13 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.  You are able to purchase multiple events for multiple people with no limitations but only during the scheduled time period.  You will simply go to our website during on the designated date and time, and those events will already be pre-priced for the duration of the sale. 
 

**please keep in mind that this sale has become quite popular and most events sell out within the first 3 hours.  To avoid the crowd, think about purchasing our Van Gogh VIP membership which gives you early access to all of oursale events.

Do you do fundraisers?

Yes, we do.  Please fill out our contact form and let us know you'd like to host a fundraiser, and we will send you our information sheet.

Do you do private events?

Yes, we do.  Please fill out our contact form and let us know you'd like to host a private event, and we will send you our information sheet.  

 

How do your Kids' events work?

Our Kids' Paint Events are geared towards kids, although many adults like to paint along.  The events are on a 12x12 canvas, and they usually last about an hour.

 

Please be mindful that we cater to children in our Kids Paint Events.  Adults are more than welcome to attend these events, but we will focus on the comfort of our younger guests first.  

We do not have an age limit for our Kids Paint Events.  However, if the child is unable to follow directed paint instructions, parental guidance while painting is required.

Can I come and help my child paint without having to purchase a ticket?

Parents are welcome to come out to our Kids' events and help out.  Please be mindful that seating is available first to purchased tickets.  If no seats are available, you are welcome to stand by your child to help out, as long as there is room available.

 

For our Adult events, parents must purchase a ticket to the event if they want to be helpful to the child painting.  Our studio spaces do not allow for "hovering" or "squeezing" into spaces which is disruptive to our other guests and also causes a traffic hazard.  

Please be mindful that we cater to adults in our adult events.  Children are more than welcome to the all ages events, but we will focus on the comfort of our adults guests first.  The same goes true for our kids' events.  We will focus on the kids for these events and their progress and comfort first.

Can kids attend the adult Easel Events?

Yes, kids are allowed to our All Ages events.  We ask parents to be mindful that this is an adult event and wine and/or beer beverages may be present at the events.  Also, kids can get a little fidgety when bored or tired, as our adult events are about two hours long.  So out of respect for our adult guests, we ask that parents be mindful of this.  

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Yes, you can purchase Brush & Blush Easel Events Gift Certificates under our Calendar page.  We will send you an electronic Gift Certificate that you can print out.  We also sell Gift Cards at our Studio.

 

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

To redeem a Gift Certificate, you must first choose your the Event you'd like to attend and add it to your cart, and then simply enter the unique Gift Certificate code in the "Coupon Code" box on the Checkout page.

 

I cannot attend an Easel Event that I am scheduled for.  Can I transfer that ticket ?

Only tickets purchased at regular price are eligible for a straight transfer.  Sale tickets are not eligible for transfer, but as long as the request to transfer is received 48 hours before the event, a coupon voucher will be issued.  Please contact us at info@bbeaselevents.com if you are unsure if your purchase is eligible.

I cannot attend an Easel Event that I am scheduled for.  Can I send someone else in my place?

Yes, absolutely.  Just have them check in under your registered name.

How does your Coupon Voucher work?

When you cancel your event within the required time frame, Coupon Vouchers are issued with a code that is redeemable online for our events. They have a 30-day expiration date as we plan in advance for staffing and supplies based on registration.  When you cancel an event, that affects the event and potentially other guests as too many cancellations will cancel the event.  

Once a coupon voucher has been redeemed for an event, that reservation is final and is no longer eligible for a transfer or a future coupon voucher.

Coupon Vouchers are redeemed online.  You will enter the Coupon Voucher code in the Coupon Code box on the Checkout page.

Why does my voucher expire?

When you reserve your seat(s) for our events, we plan in advance for that event based on the event registration as far as staffing supplies.  When you cancel, that potentially can affect the event for other guests as well as staffing that is already in place.  Therefore, we cannot carry that Coupon Voucher past 30 days.  

 

Do your events ever get cancelled?
Yes, unfortunately, they do.  We will cancel a scheduled event if the minimum number for the event is not reached.  In those circumstances, we will offer to reschedule your ticket or issue a Coupon Voucher for the purchase price only that you can redeem toward a future event.  This issued Coupon Voucher will not have an expiration date as the cancellation was initiated by us, and the transfer option also has not expiration date.  When you are ready to rescheduled, simply submit the transfer form to us.

Can I bring alcohol to an event at the Brush & Blush Studio?

Yes.  Wine or beer beverages are allowed in the studio.  We ask parents to be mindful of this as our Studio Events are All Ages, as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we plan for our events in advance based on the event registration, all cancellation requests must be received 48 hours before your scheduled event to be eligible for a transfer or a Coupon Voucher, whichever applies to your purchase.  Cancellation requests not received in the required time frame will NOT be eligible for a transfer, and a coupon voucher will NOT be issued.  Please be respectful of the fact that we have other guests attending these events, and your cancellation may cause the event to cancel.
